Career Development Coach
This hybrid role combines coaching, instruction, and cohort management to ensure learners succeed both during training and in their job search after graduation. Career Development Coaches are responsible for delivering professional development curriculum, managing the learner experience throughout each cohort, and providing one-on-one and group coaching support post-program.
