Are you a proactive, detail-loving professional who keeps people, schedules, and priorities running smoothly? Do you love being the person high-performing leaders rely on to stay organized and a step ahead? Join our team at ActivateWork as our next Executive Assistant.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our CEO, Interim COO, Chief of Staff, Special Projects, Director of Learner Success and Talent Solutions, and Director of Finance & Ops.
You’ll be the go-to partner for:
- Leadership team support: scheduling across calendars, meeting follow-through, and executive presentation prep
- Office management: mail and packages, guest hospitality, inventory and supplies, and event prep
- Onboarding and operations: new staff setup and serving as point of contact for building administration
