How It Works
Every apprenticeship follows a clear structure—built to ensure quality, consistency, and long-term success. ActivateWork takes care of the heavy lifting: sourcing candidates, delivering rigorous pre-apprenticeship training, and providing ongoing mentorship and coaching. Once onboarded, your apprentices gain hands-on experience while being supported by our team to ensure their success—and yours.
- Step 1: Recruit & Prepare
ActivateWork sources and screens candidates for aptitude, resilience, motivation, and coachability. Selected learners complete rigorous, industry-driven technical training provided by our education partner, Per Scholas. - Step 2: Hire & Train
You hire the apprentice as a full-time employee. ActivateWork supports you in structuring the job-based training and managing progress toward competency milestones to ensure your apprentices are acquiring the day-to-day skills needed to get the job done—no guesswork required. - Step 3: Coach & Retain
Each apprentice receives 12 months of professional coaching from ActivateWork. This includes workplace readiness, communication, leadership development, and ongoing support to help them grow and stay.
