In just 16 weeks, this immersive, AI-Enabled IT Support course will prepare you for high-demand IT support roles. Designed for those looking to start or advance their careers in IT, this course provides the practical knowledge and certifications needed to excel in a wide range of enterprise IT support roles.
Through an array of interactive labs, captivating lectures, and collaborative projects, you’ll learn to build, configure, and troubleshoot various systems, master both wired and wireless technologies, and gain hands-on experience with servers, routers, switches, and desktop technologies, gaining the skills to confidently resolve hardware, networking, and software issues. The course introduces learners to essential IT security tools and practices that enhance troubleshooting and support workflows, equipping you to protect systems and data from common threats.
As part of the course, you’ll build a strong foundation in system administration, with a focus on supporting Windows server infrastructure and managing IT services using platforms such as ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). You’ll also prepare for and earn crucial industry-standard credentials, including the CompTIA A+ Certification and Google IT Support Professional Certificate, that validate your skills to employers—at no cost to you.
No college degree or prior tech experience is required, though basic computer user skills and a passion for tech are recommended.

Foundational Skills
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Analyze IT systems and configurations, identify common issues, and apply appropriate troubleshooting techniques to resolve hardware, network, and software problems across platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Networking Fundamentals: Install and configure enterprise-grade servers, networking equipment, and peripheral devices to establish and manage secure, efficient IT environments.
- Cybersecurity Best Practices: Apply security best practices by configuring and securing workstations, networks, and mobile devices, ensuring protection against common vulnerabilities and threats.
- IT Service Management Principles: Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and frameworks to effectively manage IT support tickets and implement IT service management frameworks.
- AI-Powered Troubleshooting: Explore the use of cutting-edge AI tools to enhance workflows, simulate complex IT troubleshooting scenarios, and accelerate problem-solving for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Professional Skills: Develop a strong job application package, effective job search strategies, and workplace readiness by building essential professional skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Industry Certifications: Prepare for and earn the CompTIA A+ certification, a crucial industry credential that validates your skills to employers.
Artificial Intelligence Skills
In addition to foundational IT skills, this course provides hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows used in real-world environments.
We integrate AI as a core learning companion, helping learners build technical, professional, and business readiness skills. By using LLMs, Copilot technologies, and Multimodal AI, learners enhance productivity, deepen technical understanding, and prepare more effectively for the workplace.

Required Pre-Work
To set you up for success, this course requires some self-paced pre-work before you begin. Pre-work ensures you’re comfortable with key tools and ready to hit the ground running.
- Before your interview: Complete the “Computer Hardware Basics” course (~6 hours).
- Before your start date: Submit your “Operating Systems Basics” course (~12 hours).
Both courses are free and online. We recommend starting early—even before your application is complete—to help you get familiar with key tech concepts and prepare for success.
