Sri Divya is the Salesforce Developer & IT Systems Administrator at ActivateWork. With over three years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, she specializes in building scalable, efficient solutions that enhance organizational processes. Sri Divya is skilled in Salesforce Administration, Apex coding, Visualforce, Lightning Components, process automation, data management, and system integration. She has experience deploying Salesforce solutions, creating custom applications, and improving system functionalities.

Before joining ActivateWork, Sri Divya worked as a Salesforce Developer at Accenture, where she honed her expertise in CRM systems, automation, and data insights. She holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Memphis, where she also worked as a graduate assistant, teaching courses on Operating Systems and Data Mining.

Outside of work, Sri Divya loves exploring beautiful places, connecting with nature, and finding inner peace. She believes that spending time outdoors recharges her creativity and inspires her problem-solving mindset.

Ryan Helen Dorsey is a seasoned nonprofit marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience crafting thoughtful, mission-aligned messaging. She joined ActivateWork in March 2025, bringing her storytelling expertise and strategic approach to support the organization’s mission of connecting untapped talent with life-changing career opportunities.

Born and raised in Vermont, Ryan earned her B.A. in Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College and spent 15 years living and working in Massachusetts. In 2024, she followed her dream to relocate to Colorado after a two-month, cross-country road trip with her partner, visiting a dozen different National Parks and Monuments across 15 states. A passionate musician, she has been playing guitar and singing since age 15. She also enjoys exploring the outdoors, experimenting with art forms like macramé and oil painting, and caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants. Her ultimate goal is to find joy, meaning, and beauty in everyday experiences and people.

At ActivateWork, Ryan is excited to contribute to impactful workforce initiatives by crafting stories that inspire action and create lasting positive change. She looks forward to connecting with the ActivateWork community and bringing fresh, strategic ideas to support the organization’s vision.

Originally from Lexington, KY, Emily Farrer received her B.A. in Psychology and Music from Butler University in Indianapolis and her M.A. in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University.

Her own journey to identify a fulfilling career led Emily to the field of career counseling, and ever since, she has loved supporting individuals in landing jobs that bring them meaning. At ActivateWork, nothing makes her happier than hearing the unique stories of each learner and getting to “ring the bell” when they land a new position.

Emily is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Certified Career Counselor, and she is a member of NCDA and CCDA. Outside of work, Emily enjoys watching movies, reading classic literature, going on long hikes, and eating anything mint-flavored.

An avid traveler and global citizen, Christina also founded a language academy in Spain, where she worked with international companies to train employees. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hiking the Colorado trails or curled up with a book on health and wellness.

Vic Dhanecha

Program Manager, Veteran Recruitment and Partnerships

Vic brings over 30 years of experience in program management and a deep passion for supporting veterans as they transition into the workforce across both government and private sectors. As Program Manager for Veteran Recruitment and Partnerships at ActivateWork, Vic leads the strategy for sourcing, screening, and building a strong pipeline of veteran candidates. His efforts ensure veterans gain access to ActivateWork’s bootcamps and are connected with viable employment opportunities upon graduation. Additionally, Vic develops and implements strategies for building partnerships with employers seeking to recruit veterans who have completed ActivateWork’s bootcamp programs.

Before joining ActivateWork, Vic served as Manager of DE&I at a global construction company, where he led the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at sourcing, hiring, and transitioning veterans, along with other talent pools, into the workforce. In this role, Vic provided strategic guidance, technical expertise, and program management across various U.S. geographic districts, enhancing their ability to recruit and transition veterans into meaningful careers. His efforts helped ensure veterans had a stronger opportunity for successful post-military careers across roles and responsibilities.

Previously, as Director at a national healthcare firm, Vic played a key role in developing processes, protocols, and tools that enhanced the company’s veteran recruitment efforts and improved the transition experience for veterans once hired. A strong advocate for veteran training and transition support, Vic also held leadership positions as Co-Chair of the National DE&I Committee at P.C.L. and Co-Chair of the National Veterans Advocacy Board at The Karis Group. Through these roles, he demonstrated his commitment to supporting veterans throughout the entire transition process from military service to corporate careers.

Since 2013, she has been immersed in the dynamic world of technology. However, in the last five years, she has discovered an immense joy in apprenticeships and serving others, seeing firsthand the transformative power of collaboration and mentorship. She thrives in environments that celebrate diversity and foster collaboration. As a strong advocate for the underdog, she is committed to creating safe spaces where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.

She is a proud mom of four supernovas and blessed to share her life’s journey with her best friend, her husband. Family is at the core of everything she does, and she cherishes the moments spent nurturing and supporting her loved ones.

While Colorado has been her home for 25 years, her heart remains tied to her roots in New Mexico. She finds solace in returning to her hometown, where conversations, laughter, and love abound.

When she is not shaping the tech landscape or embracing family moments, you’ll likely find her tending to her garden, cooking for the masses, conquering disc golf courses in search of her discs, or simply investing time in the people who matter most to her.

Charly received a dual B.A. in Economics and Social Entrepreneurship from Creighton University and is working toward her M.A. in Sustainable Development Practice. Charly is originally from Kansas and moved to Colorado in 2018 to embrace all of the outdoor recreations that our state has to offer, especially skiing. Outside of work, Charly enjoys cooking, attending concerts, keeping up with her favorite sports teams, and spending time outside with friends as much as possible.
